Dear Lyn, I will always cherish the kilometres we shared in the wee small hours every day, except weekends and bank holidays 😂 the laughs and the stories, and our ability to solve world problems. Rest In Peace you are a very special lady I always considered you my friend..
Although we didn’t see a lot of each other in recent years, Lyn was always there over fifty years of family friendship. Lyn was always Lyn, a lovely gift to all who knew her, with that beautiful smile, sense of humour & embracing kindness. My darling Lyn,
The best thing that happened to me in April 1966 was that I met you and married you in March 1967. You have been my best friend,, wife, Mother and Granny. You have kept me on the straight and narrow and cared for me, I will miss you like crazy. It was not meant to be you. We have had the most beautiful life together, and incomplete since we moved to Bellarine Springs, too short. Your loving Bob.
I have such wonderful memories of Lyn during my time in Melbourne. Lyn was such a talented lady who mastered the many crafts she undertook. But her best talent of all was her poetry, especially her speeches for special occasions & milestones. Whilst I haven’t seen you for a long time after moving back to Perth, I thought of you often. You will be sadly missed but forever loved. Sleep peacefully beautiful lady.
With love Tanya, Garry & girls xxx
This moment of final departure of a remarkable lady our hearts are heavy with sorrow and grief.
For Bob, Lyn was always there when he needed her and she has lived a life full of warmth and meaning.
We will miss our fifty four years of friendship, fun and wonderful dinners.
We express our sadness and deepest sympathy to Robert, Christina, Andrea their husbands Robert and Troy and grandchildren Sarah, Chloe, Jarrod and Austin.
Our memories will not be forgotten.
Rest in Peace
Dear Mrs Lyn, I will always hold fond memories of my sleepovers with Kristina at your house and all our laughs together. May you Rest In Peace. With love from Justine, Bruce, Riley and Addison.

Happy you are now at rest and out of pain.

Thank you for your wonderful, loving friendship over so many, many years. From the time we first met at kinder when Kristina was only four, to recent times at your home in Clifton Springs, memories of your kindness and fun-loving nature will stay with me forever.
You so warmly welcomed myself and Natalie and Tyson into your home, and they only reminded me this week of the great times they had in the backyard pool in South Oakleigh! Memories we will all treasure forever.
Rest peacefully, my dearest Lyn.
So many happy memories of a long and wonderful friendship that began with a chance meeting at an Elsternwick Hockey Club event around fifty years ago not long after you and Bob arrived in Australia. Great times never to be forgotten.

I remember the times we spent in Sth Oakleigh and the joy you bought to mum and dad. Mum and dad always spoke about the times they spent away with you and Bob and more recently staying in your house in Clifton Springs while you escaped on a break. I’m sure you are resting now and your presence is by your family and grandchildren.
Rest now my beautiful Mum.
Your bravery and determination over the last 10 months will not be forgotten but most of all we will remember the great times, your many talents and your kind heart.
