Passed away suddenly on July 30, 2016 aged 47 years Devoted husband of Helen. Adored and loving father of Claudia, Jamie and Joel. Loved son of Coby and Hans (dec). Brother and brother-in-law of Natasha and Adam. Uncle of Piers, Ethan and Dane.
His pleasures were simple, His needs were few. If his family was happy, he was too. He gave us love in the fullest measure. Care, devotion and memories to treasure. He shared our dreams, hopes and tears. Thank you for those precious years.

Funeral Mass for Mr Jurgen Michael Laurens Van Kollenburg will be celebrated at St Jude's Catholic Church, 49 George St, Scoresby on TUESDAY (Aug. 9, 2016) commencing at 12.30pm. In lieu of flowers and in memory of Jurgen donations to Rainbow Children's Orphanage, Nepal would be appreciated. Envelopes available at the Church.
