What a lovely service. We are sorry we weren’t able to attend in person. We remember her lovely smile and bubbly personality. It was so good to catch up with her at family events like Joy’s 90th. She was always a delight to be with. Lots of love to you all.

Dearest grandma,
I can't believe I'm writing this, for I cannot imagine a world without you in it. Your warmth and joy touched every soul you met, and blessed all those you loved with unwavering loyalty, care and generosity.
Speaking for all the grand kids, you absolutely SPOILT us growing up. So many little cheeky treats and letting us go wild in the wilds of yours and papa Fred's old place, to play until our hearts content. Such special memories, all of them bring a smile to my face. I can't believe you let us invent pizzas(?) with any and every ingredient we could find, (I have a memory of napoli sauce and sprinkles), that kind of support is a rare and special thing.
Thankyou for encouraging my art from the very beginning. For donating all of your old supplies, which I still use to this day, and giving me all of your old paintings for me to "paint over" - which I'm obviously never going to do, your art is absolutely incredible. I am going to cherish them always.
It breaks my heart that I cannot be there today. Thankyou for everything. We are all so lucky to have had you in our lives.
And as you might say, it's been a pleasure treasure.Lots and lots of love, always and forever,

Auntie Margie
I’m so grateful to have experienced the loving warmth and kindness and generosity of Auntie Margie.
I have wonderful memories, especially times spent together with Nanna at the tea rooms.
Her infectious positivity and laughter are so vivid.
I feel very blessed to have seen Margie and Ross when they visited Paris - it felt like home.
Thank you Margie for being such a unique soul.
Sending so much love to everyone in the family

It is with a heavy heart that I acknowledge the passing of my beautiful sister-in-law, Marg Cato, wife of my much-loved brother Ross (Fred).
I didn't really get to know Ross until he returned to Swan Hill after many years away at Boarding School. But I vividly remember him introducing Marg to our family, my parents Margaret and Leslie and my sister Judy. Being I guess, a typical young sister, I made out that I couldn't believe that Ross could possibly have won the heart of this beautiful, warm-hearted girl that I had just met. But he did - and they went on to build a wonderful life together, producing four great individuals: my nephews and niece; Warren, Russell, Gavin and Donna. Nothing can ever remove from my memory just how beautiful Marg was; from her unique and fabulous laughter, to the warm-hearted spirit and dedication she gave to her family, friends and profession.
This material world has lost a truly wonderful human being - but her spirit will live on in all of our hearts.
My sincerest condolences and love go out to all of Marg's extended family and all who knew her as the very special and lovely person she never ceased to be.May 08, 2026 10:55 am
Dearly beloved sister and sister-in-law of Stuart and Margaret,
So very sad at the loss of my beloved sister………those happy square dancing days are over……..Mum (Grannie) used to say - “Stuart you take the girls dancing”!
Camping at Sorrento, the girls slept in the trailer, mum & dad in the back of the Plymouth & us boys in the tent!
We had to get out of bathers at lunchtime, get dressed up and go to the Grand Hotel for lunch! It was a holiday treat for the girls!Such lovely memories……
Muffie was such a happy, loving soul, we will all miss her greatly.
Such a sad time, our heart felt love to the family at this sad time.Love Marg and Stuart Looney
