So dreadfully sad to hear of Jean’s passing. She was a lovely woman with a wicked sense of humour. She opened her home and her heart to many people and I’m blessed to have known her. Her hospitality was exceptional and she welcomed me into her home when I visited with Helen. Lovely memories.

Jean you were a strong lady with kind eyes that didn’t miss much. I enjoyed catching up with you when you visited Karen in SA and you were kind enough to welcome me in your home. Your family will hold your memory in their hearts always. Anne x

Nanna, we hope you resting peacefully. Thank you for your kindness and compassion, for your patience with Harvey’s never ceasing stream of chatter about hot wheels cars, and for every lovely moment shared at Sam’s.
We count ourselves so lucky to have been able to have you in our lives. Family events and catch ups at Sam’s wont be the same without you.
All our love, Lachlan, Tara and Harvey xo

Jean was a very kind and stoic lady. When we moved across the road from her she made us feel very welcome. We will miss seeing her pottering in her front garden. She also raised a wonderful family who took such special care of her.
