Dear Mary,
It's a very hot day in Ballarat today as I look "across the road "... as we would used to say to each other...to 14 Belmar Crescent in Canadian Lakes. I missed you and Terry very much when you built your home in Curlewis in Geelong. I've tried to call you but, haven't been able to contact you. It is now February and I remember all three of us had birthdays in February...and sadly I came across Terry's passing last year in June.
I'm so very sorry for your loss. Terry was a very kind, thoughtful and practical person. He was also a man of deep faith. To reach 94 years is a life well lived. I remember the chats in your kitchen,Terry's famous tomatoes he grew in backyard, shared ice creams on hot day and your many trips to Hamilton and painting adventures to the countryside and mountains.
I treasure those special memories of you and Terry living at 14 Belmar Crescent in Ballarat.
