Jean : Back in the day Jean was indeed a person who when she spoke everyone listened, a spade was a spade. I will always remember staying with Jean, Ian and Gillian in the early seventies she made the best ever bacon& kidneys on toast for breakfast so naturally the next trip was the Pardy’s house. A gentle laugh,a gentle smile, someone special,your cheer, your warmth,and in saying that you will always be in our hearts.

Aunty Jean, words truly can’t express how much I adored you. My favourite early memory is from when I was just seven years old, right after my first sleepover at your house where you spoilt me rotten. I’ll never forget the sight of you and Uncle Ian arriving at my front door with that giant Barbie camper van.
I am going to miss our long chats and those 'top secret' moments when we’d hide from Uncle Ian so you could sneak a smoke. Most of all, I’ll miss the way you’d bounce out of your chair to greet me with the tightest, warmest hug the moment I walked in. Il miss you so much in Dad’s shed when I visit. It won't feel the same without you there, but I promise to cherish our memories forever. Rest in peace, Aunty Jean. You are so deeply missed."Casey
