To the Spence family,
We are sorry to hear of the passing of your precious George and send you all our best wishes and condolences.
Our beloved Kay McLennan was George’s across-the-hall buddy in room 55 and passed away the day before George.
We would like to thank you all on the support you provided during this hard time and would like to show you the same.
